Automated Email Confirmations

All submitted orders automatically generate a detailed order confirmation by email which is blind-copied to you. When the status of an order is changed (e.g. "Approved", "Shipped", etc.) it can trigger a standard or custom email informing your customer in real time. If a tracking number is provided, the customer will receive this in the e-mail so that they may further track their order online.
