STEP 1: Discussing your design needs is always the first step. We want to ensure that a good job is done. We have an online "Rapid Site Planner" that ensures that not only do we get a basic understanding of the look and feel of the product you desire, but we get to know you, the client. Knowing the client is key in design, we need to know what your style is and your expectations, and we need to know this up-front.

STEP 2: Research the clients market, competitor and target audience to get a feel for where the product is going to go and how it is going to get there.

STEP 3: Once our designers have a feel for your needs and desires relating to the product of choice, we will decide what the product is going to look like.

STEP 4: Creating the product is the obvious next step, our designers get to work diligently designing your product. At this stage there is a lot of contact required between us (the client and designers). We work literally step-by-step to be sure we are getting your perfect product to you.

STEP 5: Delivery of product. Whatever you have ordered is turned over or placed in it's proper place. For example, if you wanted a web site, we would now go to work placing it on your domain. If you ordered business cards it would be as simple as emailing the design to your printing firm of choice.

STEP 6: Deciding if you need a "webmaster" to handle all your updates and general site upkeep. We offer these services after the product is designed and placed (in the event that it was a website you ordered).
