People who conceptualize and plan out the site are actually Web designers. Developers are the people who use some form of HTML to build the actual pages. Unlike most other companies we offer you, the client, an online WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor! Meaning that you have access to and can update pages whenever you like! You can even use your MS Word to update your site. We offer a free training call to walk you through the process at your request!

No web hosting service can guarantees 100% uptime. However we can say that our servers have had 100% up time for many years. Should our servers have any problems we do have the necessary backups in place to deal with this issue very rapidly. |

There is no set answer to this question...generally speaking our prices start at $199 and go up. There are quite a few factors that are going to affect the ultimate cost of your web site. These factors could include how large your site needs to be, if you will have an ecommerce website, the graphic work involved, and if you require special features we do not already offer in our already vast services.

| Shouldn't I hire a "local" web site designer? |

We create web sites for clients who are local as well as out of state. The Internet makes it possible to communicate effectively with clients in any location. You should choose the one you feel can effectively build and maintain your website to your sepcifications. Be sure to do your homework and make an educated decision.

| How long does it take to have a web site designed by Lisa French Designs? |

This is our most commonly asked question. The truth is, it is mostly up to the client how long it takes, if the new client is available to effectively communicate what they are looking for this process can take as little as 24 hours, or if the client has many changes and aren't 100% sure what they want this can be a long and pain-staking process for both our designers and the client. It is best to have a clear image of what you want your site to look like and what it's primary function will be before contacting any web design company.

| How would I switch from my current hosting provider to Lisa French Designs? |

Just contact us via our free quote page and let us know what you want, if you want a new design or if you want your old design transferred and any other pertinent information and we will take care of the rest.

Yes, you would have to submit your design to us via PSD or HTML and images files.

We are up-front 100% and let you know what our fees are and how you are billed, what work would be billable (as found on our unlimited support and site maintenance page) as well as what will not be billable. If we find that a request would be billable we contact you and get your approval BEFORE doing the work! We believe that being open and honest is key to building a strong company/client relationship!
